Chief Financial Officer
Damon Yuzon is Chief Financial Officer at Resilient Infrastructure Group, possessing more than 25 years of development, finance, and capital markets experience in distributed wastewater infrastructure and real estate development. He brings to Resilient expertise in multifaceted development-based project finance, complex transaction negotiation and structuring, and asset disposition, representing over $2.3B in real estate and wastewater infrastructure development spanning over 40 projects.
Prior to joining Resilient, he was Principal/Strategy Co-Lead for the Water, Waste, and Energy Fund at Equilibrium Capital, where he founded and built the firm’s water, waste, and energy strategies. Earlier, he was Vice President – Finance for Williams & Dame Development, Inc., where he was responsible for assembling and negotiating equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and senior debt financing required to capitalize real estate development projects.
He also served as Investment Banking Vice President at Needham & Company, where he completed more than 25 financings and advisory transactions for emerging growth companies, both public and private.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, he earned an M.B.A. from Purdue University – Krannert School of Management, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon – Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. In addition to his work at Resilient, he is a Board member of Lady Hill Winery and an Advisory Board member of Lumint Corporation.
