Paul J. Schuler

Executive Vice President

Paul J. Schuler acts as Resilient’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Service, as part of the management team. In his role, Paul, drives the growth of our “as a service” offerings and asset base, develops and manages client relationships, builds partnerships, supports the integration of acquisitions.

Prior to joining Resilient, Paul J. Schuler was the Senior Vice President for the North American region for SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, managing high-performing teams, driving organizational and profit growth, and managing the sale of treatment equipment and services.

Paul has a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech, along with an MBA from the University of Oregon. Paul is a registered professional engineer in Oregon.
