Trevor Rowe

Director of Projects

Trevor Rowe is Director of Projects at Resilient Infrastructure Group. His focus is the permitting, design, and construction process for infrastructure development projects. He also manages the oversight, reporting, and cost control for partner-driven projects.

Trevor has been in the development world for 20 years, earning a strong reputation for successfully completing projects from $2M to $200M on time and on budget. He has experience with water treatment and transmission design as well as site development and infrastructure planning. During his career, in addition to project management, he has been responsible for directing project accounting, insurance compliance, and legal structure strategy for complex projects with multiple lenders and investors.

Trevor received his B.S. degree from Columbia University in Civil Engineering.
