Asset Management
Erick Hunt heads Asset Management at Resilient Infrastructure Group, focusing on the operations and asset management of the company’s investments in wastewater, water, low carbon transportation, and other types of resilient infrastructure. Resilient acquires, develops and manages a portfolio of wastewater, water, and related infrastructure assets in the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining Resilient, Erick spent four years as the Director of Asset Management to Equilibrium’s Wastewater Opportunity Fund. He led and collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team to provide project-level equity financing to develop, design, build, and operate distributed water, waste, and energy facilities. Projects targeted the agriculture, industrial food waste, and municipal wastewater sectors.
In all, Erick has over a decade of hands-on experience in municipal and private water and wastewater infrastructure. He brings to Resilient an extensive background in project development, regulatory compliance, and operations of large-scale treatment plants. Prior to Equilibrium, Erick was the Operations Manager of Puttman Infrastructure, where he oversaw a portfolio of distributed water reuse facilities including the Port of Portland Tidal Wetland Demonstration and Oregon Health and Science University membrane filtration system.
Erick holds a B.S. degree from the University of Oregon. He is also a state certified level 4 wastewater operator.
